EPC

An Energy Performance Certificate is a document which shows the energy efficiency and carbon emissions of a property. Your Energy Performance Certificate will be valid for a period of 10 years.

LEGIONELLA

Landlords have a legal duty to ensure that the risk of exposure of tenants to legionella is properly assessed and controlled.

PAT TEST

Portable Appliance Testing is the electrical safety testing of portable electrical equipment. It consists of a visual inspection and various electrical tests carried out using test equipment.

FIRE SAFETY

With our fire risk assessment service, you can reduce the risk of a fire occurring, minimise damage, and stay compliant with fire safety regulations.

COMMERCIAL EPC

The Commercial EPC is a legal requirement under the European Building Directive and it is illegal to sell or rent property without one. Your Energy Performance Certificate will be valid for a period of 10 years.

EICR

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

This report checks the safety of the electrical installations, fixtures and fittings and should be carried out every 5 years

GAS SAFETY

Gas safe registered engineers will inspect all your gas appliances (boiler, hob, oven, fire etc) to ensure they are working correctly and safely. Required annually

HMO RENEWAL

Renewal HMO application including gathering of compliance certificates, submission to the council, & site notice
